Book Review : Neela Akash ( Book of short stories in Hindi byAuthor Dev Chander

Since I too write short stories in English, I got interested in reading the Book : Neela Akash . Book has been penned down by Author from Mumbai . : Devv Chandra , who did M Com in Finance . He has a passion of writing in Hindi . 

Book has 5 short stories . I could complete the 100 pages book in 2 sittings . 

One story : Safar is of 4 pages . Another is of 9 pages . Story number 5 is of 13 pages . Other 2 stories are of more than 30 pages . One common characterstic of all the stories is that they are tragic . I hope when the Author writes again , he writes a few stories of different genre too .

Its never easy to Review a Book of poetry  & especially of Hindi . I got chance to read this book of 70 poems . I finished the Book in two sittings . The Author stays in Aligarh in India 🇮🇳. Writing ✍️ poetry is her passion . 

Highlights of the Book : 

The poet has penned down different emotions at various stages in her life . The incidents have been taken from common realities of life . 

Ms Manisha is comfortable writing ✍️ a poem of 3 lines or a poem of 54 lines . 

I particularly liked the following poems . Poem  number 10 on Rishtey , 

Poem number 17 on Tasveer , 

Poem number 30 on Sadak

I got a chance to read a book by Ms Ananya Kamboj who is 13 years old & is a class 9 student of a prestigious school in Mohali . She loves to play football 🏈 & has a passion to write . She got a chance to visit Russia 🇷🇺 to attend Football for Friendship social programme where children from different countries had come for a common programme . 

Book is divided in 21 chapters . I finished the book in 2 sittings . 

Highlights of Book : Book has been written in simple English & is easy to comprehend . Those who donot know much about football will also enjoy this book of 💯 pages . Book highlights how football can foster peace & friendship . I was particulary happy that young Author could develop friendship with children of different countries & different culture .
