This all started in November 2015, when I posted a story “Pakistani short film Respect On Friendship Across Borders” on the theme of Pakistan-India relations and our shared partition history. Just hours later, I received feedback on this story, quoting “I really liked the film. When I heard the name of Ludhiana, I was stunned for a minute. Your post is a true story. I have also been to your country once and I was bowled by the hospitality of the common people. I did not stay in a three star or five-star hotel.
